You are fearfully and wonderfully made. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. We are complete lacking no good thing. We are perfect! Just what the Father wanted when he saw our unformed body. He knew the end before the beginning. He has precious thoughts towards you and He is expressing them even from conception.
The big difference between an adult and a child is that a child is wide open to all stimuli on all three planes. Adults have learned to filter stimuli, putting up barriers and shutting down receptors when something feels threatening. This is wisdom but it isn’t always helpful. It often means that as we grow up we loose touch with, and stop seeing or perceiving spiritually as we once did. Scripture says in Luke 1:41 that when Mary walked in the room John leaped in his mother womb. Why? He leapt with joy because he perceived the presence of God entering the room within Mary. Even within the womb there is consciousness of what is happening in the environment around the mother and child. John knew in his spirit that Mary was carrying within her womb the savior of the world and he responded with joy. Psalm 51:6 says: “Surely you desire truth in the inner parts; you teach me wisdom in the inmost place.” Within the womb the Lord is engaging the person that is developing there.
We need to be conscious of this reality. Their spirits are wide open and unguarded leaving them vulnerable to many different influences - positive and negative.
